Where can I check my order?
Sign in to Mon compte to view your orders. Check your order and dispatch emails for any tracking information supplied. If you need help, contact us with your order number.
My delivery has arrived damaged. What should I send?
Take clear photos of the outer packaging, label and affected items, and contact us with your order number. You can read our refunds and returns policy for the applicable process.
Do the cuttings arrive rooted or in pots?
Cuttings are supplied for propagation. Plants and trees described as bare-rooted are sent without pots or soil. Check the individual product description for the quantity, approximate size and exact material included.
Which propagation guide should I follow?
Use the plant name on your label to find the matching handbook guide. The plant-specific notes take priority over the general method illustration. If you are unsure of the identity or condition of your material, send us a photo.
Can I ask about delivery before ordering?
Yes. Tell us the products you are considering and your destination country. You can also enter your delivery details at checkout to view the options offered for your order before payment.
