Product descriptions & what you receive<\/h2>\n\n

Check the product listing for the quantity, approximate length or height, colour and supply format. Measurements are approximate and living material naturally varies in shape, colour and seasonal appearance. Photos illustrate the product; material differences from the agreed description are not treated as ordinary variation.<\/p>\n\n

Cutting listings supply the stated number of propagation cuttings, not established plants, unless the listing expressly says otherwise. Plants and trees described as bare-rooted are sent without pots or soil. Decorative pots, soil and accessories shown in photographs are not included unless expressly listed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

Prices, payment & orders<\/h2>\n\n

Product prices and available payment methods are shown on the website. The checkout displays the applicable taxes, delivery charges and total before payment. Please check your items, delivery address and contact details before placing your order.<\/p>\n\n

If an item becomes unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and refund any payment for goods we cannot supply. Contact us promptly if you need to correct or cancel an order; changes may not be possible once it has been prepared or dispatched.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

Preparation, delivery & weather<\/h2>\n\n

Live plant orders normally require 3\u20135 working days for preparation before dispatch, unless the listing or order information states otherwise. Courier transit time is additional. Available destinations, delivery options and charges are shown at checkout.<\/p>\n\n

Weather conditions may require a dispatch delay to protect living products. We will communicate material delays. A weather delay does not remove your statutory delivery or cancellation rights. If a parcel is delayed, lost or damaged, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier; our responsibility does not automatically end at dispatch.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

Receiving cuttings & bare-root plants<\/h2>\n\n

Open the parcel promptly and inspect the contents. Bare-root plants need suitable potting or planting after arrival; unrooted cuttings require propagation care appropriate to the species. Follow the listing\u2019s care guidance and ask us if unsure. Do not apply one watering routine to every species.<\/p>\n\n

Minor temporary transit stress can occur. Significant damage, the wrong product or a material mismatch with the description should be reported promptly. Natural variation does not excuse goods that fail to conform to the order. Rooting and future growth depend on care and growing conditions; this does not limit rights concerning the condition supplied.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

Returns, problems & your rights<\/h2>\n\n

See our Returns & Refunds Policy<\/a> for reporting a problem, eligible change-of-mind returns and refund arrangements. Please report visible damage preferably within 24 hours to help us assess living material; this is a request for prompt evidence, not a deadline that removes statutory rights.<\/p>\n\n

Mandatory consumer protections under applicable law remain in force. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or deprives a consumer of mandatory protections in their country of residence.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n
