Welcome to MerlinAno<\/strong>. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of live plants and related goods from our website and service. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.<\/div>

1. Live Plant Policy & Perishability<\/div>
    • Living Products:<\/strong> You acknowledge that plants are living organisms. Every plant is unique. The item you receive may vary slightly in color, shape, size, and variegation from the listing photos.<\/span><\/li>
    • Shipping Stress:<\/strong> Transit is naturally stressful for live plants. Minor cosmetic damage\u2014such as yellowing leaves, small tears, bent petioles, or minor leaf drop\u2014is normal and does not qualify for a replacement or refund.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

      2. Shipping, Delivery & Weather Risks<\/div>
        • Processing Times:<\/strong> Orders containing live plants require a processing and packing window of 3 to 5 business days<\/strong> before being handed over to the shipping carrier.<\/span><\/li>
        • Weather Restrictions:<\/strong> We monitor temperatures across transit routes. We reserve the right to hold your shipment if extreme heat (above 35\u00b0C<\/strong>) threatens plant survival.<\/span><\/li>
        • Courier Delays:<\/strong> We pack all items securely. However, we are not liable for transit delays, lost packages, or theft once the carrier takes possession of the box.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

          3. Claims, Returns, and Refund Policy<\/div>
            • Final Sale:<\/strong> Due to the perishable nature of live plants, all plant sales are final<\/strong>. We do not accept physical returns of live plants under any circumstances.<\/span><\/li>
            • Dead on Arrival (DOA) Claims:<\/strong> If a plant arrives dead, severely damaged, or structurally unviable, you must get in touch within 24 hours<\/strong> of the recorded courier delivery timestamp.<\/span><\/li>
            • Claim Requirements:<\/strong> To file a valid claim, you must provide your order number alongside clear, unaltered photos or videos showing the condition of the plant, the soil, and the shipping box.<\/span><\/li>
            • Resolution:<\/strong> Valid DOA claims will be resolved at our discretion via a replacement plant, a store credit, or a refund. Claims made after the 24-hour window will be rejected.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

              4. Acclimation and Customer Care<\/div>
                • Immediate Care:<\/strong> Upon delivery, you must unpack the plant immediately. Give it a small amount of water if the medium is dry, and place it in bright, indirect light.<\/span><\/li>
                • The 14-Day Rule:<\/strong> Do not<\/strong> repot, trim roots, or drastically change the growing medium of your new plant for at least 14 days<\/strong> after arrival. Forcing a plant into immediate repotting shock voids all buyer protection and health guarantees.<\/span><\/li>
                • Pest Management:<\/strong> We treat all plants for pests before shipping. However, minor insects can occasionally survive. We recommend isolating new arrivals from your existing plant collection for 14 days.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

                  5. Limitation of Liability<\/div>
                  • Long-Term Survival:<\/strong> We guarantee the health of the plant only upon arrival. We cannot guarantee long-term survival. Variations in your local environment, soil mixes, watering habits, humidity, and pests are beyond our control.<\/span><\/li>
                  • Maximum Liability:<\/strong> To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is strictly limited to the purchase price paid for that specific product.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n
